Get in touch

People and their life stories are important to me, I understand how childhood experiences impact on us later in life and can sometimes limit us in our choices and relationships.

If you are curious about whether counselling or psychotherapy is for you, then I invite you to contact me and we can discuss together without any commitment.

It may be that there is nothing specific that you are aware of that you want to explore, however, you ‘don’t feel right’ or are asking ‘who am I’ or ‘where has the person I used to be gone’ it may be that you are experiencing specific things or just feel ‘stuck’. We will work together to explore as much or as little as you are comfortable with.

Prices for my confidential & private sessions can be seen below, sessions are usually weekly or fortnightly and held face to face, online or over the phone.

  • Individual £60 per 60 min session
  • Group rates on application
  • Third Party/Commercial rates on application

I offer both long and short term therapy and believe it is important for you to decide how and when you would like your therapy to be.

I offer flexible availability Monday – Friday 09.30am – 8.30pm

Contact me without commitment. Let’s discuss whether counselling is for you…
